At the same time, we’ll likely continue to live longer and longer which means the financial cost and even more tragic loss of healthspan will be catastrophic. While the solution seems obvious, eat less and exercise more, things are not so simple in reality. I wonder if perhaps we’re asking the wrong questions about weight?
