USA Olympic swimmer, Michael Phelps made headlines this year with his black and blue marks all over this back during his races. Wonder what that was? It's a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique called, cupping, and it's believed to increase circulation, reduce inflammation and improve recovery time. Does it really work?
