Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide, but modern medicine has only made small improvements in healing protocols in the past thirty years. Here’s cancer treatment history at a glance: 1950s: chemotherapy protocols formalized and show efficacy 1960s: surgery and radiation used for solid tumors 1988: antibody treatments approved for use in some cancers 1988 - Present: chemo, surgery, and radiation remain the primary treatments for most cancers. Detection has improved, but treatment has only shown moderate improvements in all these years. On this week’s podcast, we’ll look at the often-ignored necessity to any healing protocol and the key to prevention: food and lifestyle.
