Healthy Skin as You Age
with Dr. Shadi Kourosh
“You look old, Dad,” my nine year old told me. He was teasing me, of course, but it’s true. I have less hair, more wrinkles, and thinner skin than I did when he was born. I didn’t start wearing sunscreen until the age of 35, and I certainly regret it.
Father time is cruel, and he’s coming for all of us.

This week, I’ll introduce you to Havard professor and dermatologist, Dr. Shadi Kourosh, who will share with us her best tips for slowing down time.
